TL;DR

Developers can now combine Dynamic and Rhinestone to build smooth multi-chain applications with unified balances across chains, instant crosschain transactions, and crosschain fee (+gas) sponsorship.

Introduction

Building a crypto consumer product starts with trust.

For developers, that means onboarding users quickly without compromising on security. Dynamic handles the authentication, wallet creation, and key management layer, so teams can focus on what makes their app unique. They power wallet infrastructure for leading companies like Kraken, Stripe, and Magic Eden.

We’ve integrated Dynamic into the Rhinestone SDK to make getting started with smart wallets and cross-chain intents simpler than ever. This means that developers can now seamlessly combine Rhinestone’s smart wallet and chain abstraction infrastructure with an out-of-the-box user login and signing experience.

Ramp up your time to market without compromising on UX or non-custodial security with Rhinestone and Dynamic.

Core Features

  • Non-custodial onboarding with web2-like UX: Use familiar authentication flows such as SMS, email, and SSO, to create login credentials for your users and tie them to a smart wallet without requiring the user to manage the private key or a seedphrase for recovery.
  • Headless API or pre-built UI components: Build login flows with speed using Dynamics headless API or customize with Dynamic’s pre-built UI components to deliver a slick login experience for you app in minutes.
  • Secure and scalable KMS: Dynamic’s TSS-MPC based key management system enables enterprise-grade  security that is both scalable and low latency.

How it Works

Dynamic handles user authentication and wallet connections, providing wagmi-compatible clients. We use wagmi hooks to access these clients and pass them to Rhinestone’s SDK, which wraps them with our smart wallet and crosschain intent capabilities.

When Dynamic spins up a key pair for a user, it creates an externally owned account (EOA). This EOA is set as the owner of the smart account using Rhinestone’s Ownable Validator, a smart account module. Each time the user signs a transaction via the Dynamic API, it is passed to the Rhinestone SDK to authorise transactions and crosschain intents on the user’s smart account.

Rhinestone x Dynamic

Dynamic and Rhinestone make onchain UX smooth. Whether it is user onboarding, signing transactions, or performing crosschain operations with multiple steps, developers are able to make the underlying complexity invisible to the end user.

Core features Rhinestone unlocks:

  • Unified crosschain asset balances: Enable smooth crosschain user flows independent of what chain the user has funds. No bridging and no gas tokens required.
  • Fee subsidisation: Enable feeless - zero gas and zero bridge fees - crosschain actions for your users.
  • Multichain single signature UX: No matter the underlying complexity of the intent - multi-input chain or token - the user only needs to sign once.

“Building intent-based apps shouldn’t mean reinventing onboarding,” said Itai Turbahn, Co-founder and CEO of Dynamic. “With Rhinestone and Dynamic, developers can focus on crafting great onchain experiences while we handle the security, authentication, and key management that makes it all work seamlessly.”
